Exhibit tables will be available in the hallway between the Convention registration area and the meeting rooms during the convention. Each space is provided an 8′ skirted table, and 2 chairs. The cost is $300.00. Exhibits will begin Wednesday, February 24 at 10:00 a.m. Specific booth breaks will include: 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.; and 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. with Open Bar. Thursday, February 25 exhibits will open between 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Exhibits close/tear-down at 1:30 p.m. Space is limited. Exhibit tables will be assigned on a first come basis.
There are three levels of sponsors: Platinum – $2,000 Gold – $1,250 and Silver $750 To have your name listed in the program your sponsorship must be in the ILPA office by January 15, 2021. Discounts for paying early – more information to come.
