Exhibit tables will be available in the hallway between the Convention registration area and the meeting rooms on the first day of the convention. Each space is provided an 8′ skirted table, and 2 chairs. The cost is $300.00. Exhibits will begin Wednesday, February 26 at 10:00 a.m. Specific booth breaks will include: 10:15 to 10:45 a.m.; during lunch; and 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. with Open Bar. Thursday, February 27 exhibits will open at 8:30 a.m. with a specific break at 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Exhibits close/tear-down at 12:30 p.m.
Guests will meet at 10:30 a.m. to mingle and enjoy a light brunch and hand out door prizes. Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s will also be on the menu.
